Mr Graham Thorne FRICS FCIOB has practiced in Dorset for over 35 years and therefore is one of Dorset’s Senior Valuers & Surveyors.

Mr Richard Fox MRICS qualified in 1999 and is a highly respected member of the company. Richards expertise ranges from Residential & Commercial Valuations, Home Buyers and Private Surveys to Rent Reviews and Lease Negotiations.

Mr Luke Barents started in Residential Estate Agency in 1999 working for a Large Corporate Agency in Poole, progressing quickly to Senior Valuer. Since then he has worked for an established Local Independent Firm and a well known Agent in London, retaining many clients from the London Boroughs, the South and Home Counties.

Mr Stuart Cohen has practiced in Dorset & Hampshire for approximately 20 years and has been instrumental in advising local and national Developers on sales and acquisitions from single plots to larger development sites in excess of 100 units, including land for housing, flats or mixed use schemes.
